This is start-up international IT company that develops IDE for documents focusing on Legal industry. Using rule-based approach and NLP, similar to coding editors/IDE, the company created latest document editor that allows error checking, reference checking and auto-completion.
With unique approach to innovation and business module, the company has 300% growth rate during the past years. We have several long-term, large-scale contracts with famous law firms and corporate legal departments in major corporations in Japan and the US.

* Lead technical decision-making within engineering team.
* Driving the team and project to maximise the outcome in a timely manner under dynamic and agile environment.
* Coach and develop team members, create a good team environment.

Profile
* Team management experience
* Excellent programing skill in one or more of the following languages: C#, C++, Java or Rust
* Business level English. Fluent in Japanese

* C＃あるいはC++、Rust、Java、いずれかの開発経験
* ビジネスレベルの英語。流暢な日本語。
