One of our clients is looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI and DX solutions, working closely with clients and highly skilled AI, data, and engineering teams.
This is a hybrid position, with approximately 3 days of remote work per week. Depending on the project and client requirements, more remote work may be possible.
Annual salary: JPY 7,200,000 – 18,000,000, depending on experience and skills.

About the Position
As a Solutions Architect, you will bridge client business requirements and technical implementation, leading AI/DX projects from initial solution design through implementation planning and ongoing improvement.
You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand and structure their business and technical challenges, then collaborate with AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers to design the appropriate solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and structure clients’ business and operational challenges
- Design solution architectures covering AI, data, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations
- Select appropriate technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and data pipelines
- Define technical roadmaps and implementation approaches
- Coordinate with internal AI, ML, Data, Infrastructure, and Software Engineering teams
- Lead discussions with client-side technical and business stakeholders
- Prepare technical proposals, architecture documentation, and specifications
- Support project execution from initial proposal and PoC through implementation and operation
- Evaluate results after implementation and propose further improvements

Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience designing and operating Azure-based infrastructure
- 3+ years of professional experience in web application or cloud service development, including technical selection and system design
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles involving technical proposals, requirements definition, and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing or operating LLM, Generative AI, or RAG solutions
- Experience designing architecture for large-scale SaaS or enterprise systems
- Experience designing client solutions within an IT consulting firm or SIer
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Experience designing and operating AWS environments

- Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients
- Able to collaborate closely with hands-on engineers while taking ownership of overall solution design
- Interested in Generative AI and emerging technologies
