Specialist Solutions Architect - Application Services

レッドハットのテクニカルセールスチームでは、ソリューションアーキテクトとしてこのチームに参加いただける経験豊富なプリセールスエンジニアを募集しております（勤務地：東京）

このポジションでは主に、クラウドネイティブ・サービスを提供し、効率的でアジャイルなアプリケーション・インフラストラクチャの構築を支援するRed Hat Middlewareの製品・ソリューションに関して幅広く社内・外に共有し、お客様への提案をリードし、案件獲得を強力にサポートしていただきます。また、顧客のビジネスや技術的なニーズを見出して分析し、お客様のITの最適化および効率化に向け、セールスチームやデリバリーチームと連携して、お客様が数あるRed Hatのプロダクトおよびソリューションの中からベストな解決策に投資ができるように支援します。ミドルウェアソリューションアーキテクトとして、お客様にRed Hat Middlewareソリューションの採用を支援するための優れたビジネス上および技術上の洞察が必要です。

• Red Hat Middleware製品およびソリューションを使ったシステム構築に関する技術情報を提供すること
• 製品知識や技術知識を駆使し、ソリューションアーキテクチャの設計、実装、検証を含むプリセールステクニカルサポートを提供すること
• セールスチームと連携して、契約を新たに獲得できるようにソリューションを提供し、プレゼンテーションやデモ、顧客の概念実証 (POC)のサポートを提供すること
• 見込み客に対してレッドハットのソリューションを紹介し、価値駆動型のアーキテクチャーを設計し、ソリューションによる費用対効果を説明すること
• 顧客のビジネスや IT 環境を深く理解・分析し、課題解決のためにRed Hat 製品をどのように取り入れることができるかを評価すること

• プリセールス、セールスエンジニアリング、ソリューションアーキテクト等の経験
• Red Hat Middlewareまたは同類の製品の提案や設計構築運用の経験
• Javaを使用したアプリケーション開発経験
• IoT / 機械学習(AI) / FinTech / インテグレーション / ルールエンジン / BPM / マイクロサービスや、パブリッククラウドの利用経験があれば尚可
• セミナーやイベントでの登壇の経験があれば尚可
• オープンソースへの熱意、クラウドやソフトウェアに関する知識、お客様のビジネスや IT の問題に関する深い理解力をバランス良く有すること
• 案件を進めていくための優れたコミュニケーション力、プレゼン力、交渉力
• お客様（エンジニアリング、ビジネス、エグゼクティブレベル）との関係構築力
