主な業務内容
・昇降機設置プロジェクトの全体管理（工程・品質・安全・コスト）
・据付工事の監督および現場の進捗管理
・社内外関係者（オーナー、設計事務所、ゼネコン、協力会社など）との調整・折衝
・協力会社・フィールドパートナーの管理および指導
・プロジェクトが予算内で進行するためのコスト管理
・安全・品質・コンプライアンスに関わるリスクマネジメント
・官公庁対応や法令遵守業務（各種申請、現地検査対応など）
・引き渡しまでの工程管理および最終品質確認
・顧客満足度の向上および技術的サポートの提供
・現場スタッフへの安全・品質に関する教育・トレーニング
【必須条件】
・高卒以上
・昇降機業界における施工管理経験をお持ちの方
・安全最優先の意識を持って業務に取り組める方
