本ポジションは、IT運⽤に留まらず、⼯場全体のデータ基盤およびIT/OT連携を設計・構築するポ ジションです。 ① 業務改善・プロジェクト推進 ・各部⾨と連携し、業務課題の特定およびデジタル/⾃動化による改善提案 ・プロジェクト計画・実⾏・ステークホルダー調整 ・チェンジマネジメント、ユーザートレーニング、社内コミュニケーションの推進 ⼯場内の業務・⽣産プロセスにおけるデータを活⽤し、課題抽出〜ソリューション設計までを⼀ 貫して担っていただきます。単なる改善活動ではなく、「データドリブンな業務変⾰」をリードす る役割です
② 製造オートメーションサポート・IT/OT統合 ・製造設備や制御システムの導⼊・運⽤・改善⽀援 （例︓ヒストリアン、プリンター、モバイル端末等） ・データ活⽤（収集・可視化・分析）による品質・⽣産性向上 ・ベンダーおよび外部パートナーとの連携 ・安全で安定した制御環境の維持 （ Qnity ジャパングループ ・PLCや⽣産設備とITシステムのデータ連携（IT/OT統合）の設計・推進 ・⼯場内イントラネットおよびデータ連携基盤の構築 ・⽣産機器および業務システム間のデータフロー設計・管理 「設備 × データ × IT」を横断し、スマートファクトリー化を実現する中核領域です。 ③ デジタル基盤運⽤・⾼度化（ITインフラ／データ管理） ・業務に最適化されたデジタルツールの導⼊・運⽤⽀援 ・Microsoft 365およびSAP等の1次サポート（必要に応じてエスカレーション） ・Webサイト、SNS、メール等のデジタルマーケティング⽀援 ・グローバル・リージョンチームとの連携によるソリューション展開 ・オンプレミスサーバーおよびデータ管理の統括（ベンダーコントロール・運⽤責任含む） ・⼯場内データの集約・データベース設計・運⽤ ・Power BI等を⽤いたデータ可視化およびダッシュボード構築 ・OEE／TEEPなどの⽣産KPIの可視化・リアルタイムモニタリング IT基盤の安定運⽤に加え、「データを活⽤した意思決定の⾼度化」を推進いただきます。
【必須経験】 ・製造業または⼤規模組織における5年以上の実務経験 ・IT・デジタル・業務システムに関する知⾒ ・プロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・⽇本語・英語のビジネスレベル 【歓迎スキル】 ・製造オートメーション／プロセス制御の経験 ・SAP、Microsoft 365等の導⼊・運⽤経験 ・グローバル環境での業務経験 ・ベンダーマネジメント経験 【求める⼈物像】 ・ビジネス視点でデジタル活⽤を推進できる⽅ ・部⾨横断で合意形成ができるリーダーシップ ・現場と経営を繋ぐブリッジ⼈材 ・変⾰を⾃ら推進できるオーナーシップ
