【業務内容】
サービスオペレーションチームで、主に純水・超純水装置の電話・メール応対、サービスマンの手配、部品手配を行っていただきます。
それらはすべてServiceMAXのデータベースで処理します。
既にSFDCを使ったテクニカルサービス、セールスサポートメンバーでの経歴をもつ方々ならば、即戦力として貢献できます。
※新人装置研修で製品や構造、原理について学んでいただきます。
※海外トレーニング数年に1回程度あり
【応募条件】
・セールスサポート、電話対応の経験
・TOEIC 500点以上程度の英語力の方
※サービス系のマニュアルは英語になります
【下記歓迎要件】
・理化学・医療機器系の業界経験ある方
・機械修理等（PC、車等）の技術経験ある方
・SFDC経験のある方
