Job Description

Job Title: Government Relations, Senior Manager

Government Relations, Policy Relations, Subsidy Applications Communication with the government, policy analysis and negotiations, participation in corporate planning The main duties of the person in charge of external relations are as follows.

1. Building relationships with governments: liaison, strengthening relationships and building cooperation with government agencies.

2. Policy Making: Gathering, analyzing, advocating, and proposing information on government policies.

3. Responding to government regulations: Gathering information on changes in government regulations and laws and regulations, and developing countermeasures within the organization.

4. Planning and execution of activities to influence government and policy formation.

5. Strategy Development, Strategy development and execution to achieve the strategic goals of the organization through relationships with government.

Requirements

Education, Experience, and Skills

Experience in liaison with the government and ministries, policy formulation, grant application, etc.

1. Government Experience: Experience working in government or public institutions, as well as an understanding of the policy-making process.

2. Political acumen: Understanding and insight into politics and public policy

3. Bargaining power: Ability to negotiate and coordinate with government agencies and other stakeholders

4. Strategic thinking: You need to leverage your relationship with government and have a strategic plan to achieve your organization's goals.

5. Communication skills: Ability to communicate smoothly with the government and internal and external stakeholders, such as negotiating, persuasion, and reporting English proficiency is not required
