Business Strategy Analyst

YOUR ROLE

The Business Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business priorities, developing go-to-market strategies and direct-to-consumer product rollouts, and contributing to various strategic projects. This role requires you to conduct in-depth industry research, competitor analysis, develop models for revenue and pricing, and create strategic PowerPoint presentations and process visuals to communicate findings and recommendations for our business and functional leaders. Your role will be dynamic – as the company grows and scales, so you will seize new challenges and expand your horizons while bringing a unique blend of skills including the ability to process large amounts of data and translating them into insights, including visual process maps and infographics.

What you will be doing

  • In this role, you will help the organization execute and accelerate business strategies by performing quantitative analysis and working with executives on plans to advance our competitive advantage.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the health tech space.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for revenue forecasting and pricing strategy, using advanced Excel techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to gather data and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Create compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategies and findings to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Spearhead small projects that address specific strategic needs, oversee their execution, and measure their impact.
  • Assist in developing and refining go-to-market strategies for various channels, including employer-based offerings and direct-to-consumer models.
  • Continuously monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Translate complex concepts and data sets into clear, visual formats, including process maps and infographics, for easy comprehension by diverse audiences.

What you bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis, strategy, or consulting role, preferably within the health tech industry.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with data modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. ​

This position is available to remote applicants residing in the United States. The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $56,500. up to the maximum of $121,300. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
