The Role

You will be responsible for :

Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Providing innovative architectural design consultations to clients.
Developing initial concept designs and renderings based on briefs to deliver powerful client presentations.
Identifying and resolving technical design issues and overseeing teams to ensure implementation is in line with design specifications.
Taking a design brief to understand requirements.
Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
Ensuring the delivery of high quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work, in line with project cost, schedules and timelines.
Planning and executing construction activities to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Managing the project teams and sub-contractors in order to ensure activities are in line with project specifications and timelines.
Managing a team of 6-10 people.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 8 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate and Professional Services.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
