Job Summary:
This role requires regular interaction with engagement teams and EY Clients on day to day basis to understand business requirements and provide required solutions. In this role, you are responsible to drive a team, handle projects and provide support to US Risk & Compliance Support Team which is part of the US Risk Management team

Essential Functions of the Job:
Below are the roles and responsibilities:

Your Technical Responsibilities:

  • Learns and understands key requirements of firm, structure, business strategies and different regulatory RMS rules and policies
  • Provides transactional support for Risk Management via GMS team as per the laid down standards
  • Become a Subject matter expertise (SME) within GMS Team supporting Risk Management
  • Review the different transactions handled by the team and ensures it is compliant as per the determined process methodologies
  • Tracking teams assigned work and the workflow to ensure all transactions are completed
  • Assists with high level reports and dashboards to leadership on a regular/ad-hoc basis
  • Create and maintain process documents on a regular basis
  • Regular connects with engagement team and drive exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with the team and provide feedbacks for process improvements

Your People Responsibilities:

  • Performance management for your direct counselees, as per the organization policies
  • Build positive work culture which fosters teamwork and helps delivering high quality outputs
  • Be a technical guide to your team members and provide mentoring as required
  • Participate in the organization-wide people initiatives and lead by example
  • Manage day to day administrative tasks and communicate appropriately to the customers/management at GDS
  • Identify customer satisfaction measures/checkpoints critical for success factor

Job Requirements:
Education:

  • B. Com/ MBA

Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience (3 to 5 years of experience in a research/analysis role)
  • Minimum 1 year of process/team leading experience

Certification Requirements:

  • Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
