About the role:

The Water Network team is currently seeking a Water Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.
Reporting to the Superintendent Water Execution, you will be responsible for the safety and well-being of the Water Maintenance team, and effective execution of dewatering while supporting our teams in risk management, successful operations, and work management throughout the plant and infrastructure at the mine.

Duties:

  • Provide concise communications and implement water schedules across teams
  • Coordinating field interactions, reporting of safety processes and critical controls
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive target completion safety
  • Support and develop your people ensuring a positive culture, monitoring goals, KPI’s and improving business relationships

Skills and Experience:

  • Current WA A Grade Electrical License required
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a mining environment and dewatering
  • Prior experience in maintenance supervision or leadership roles
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in the use of water network management systems
  • Advanced communication skills and experience in CMMS (SAP)
