Department: Supply Chain Surface Solutions
Report to:Manager Supply Chain Planning Japan

Main working list

• Production plan for ONH plant finish goods products.
• Allocation for purchasing order from intercompany.
• Inventory management with target & supply stable.
• Cost management for ONH product export.
• Continuous improvement for KPI achievement .
• Data management ( KPI report , Material master accuracy, supply status , inventory projection , etc.)
• Supply status meeting /Supply critical meeting with stakeholders.
• Back-order management with stakeholders.
• Attend to project as supply network planner if need.

Request skill

• SCM knowledge( sales inventory operation planning , inventory management ,problem solving skill as SNP ,etc.)
• Bachelor degree required
• English & Japanese skill ( fluent speaking , write & read.)
• SAP experience of SCM area (APO system experience :nice have)
• Data creation & analysis to share SCM status / explain & improvement. (Excel function & graph , Power point).
• Strong sense of responsibility & cooperativity ,transparency.
• Team play & time management as SNP.
• Communication skill with global & domestic stakeholders.
• Thinking continuous improvement & support team & logical thinking.
