This role will be responsible to support back office activities with the focus on creating local protocols to support the launch of the new platform, trading monitoring and strategical problem solving.

Description
* Monitor financial instruments and services of the company and create reports
* Work closely with compliance/Customer support/Finance teams for daily operations management
* Manage onboarding and other operational processes in the customer journey
* Communicate with global teams to research and localize global methods of operations
* Work with internal CRM software for internal communications
Profile
* 1-5 FX/CFD industry experience Advantage
* License to practice securities sales in Japan- Type 1
* Ability to adapt to changes with scheduled timelines
* Structured thinker with great communication abilities
* Demonstrating strength in analytical and logical reasoning; ability to explain technology processes to non-expert audience
* Prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
* Team player with curiosity to learn and develop new skills in a fast growing company
* Work with online tools to communicate with customers
* Flexible, energetic, with a strong sense of entrepreneurship, ability to think out-side the box
* Japanese: native level; English: business level
* Professional knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint
