Job Description:

The Management Information System Specialist - Junior supports the Senior and Mid-level roles as part of the MIS delivery team, as an IT Security Specialist or in support of Data Quality and Reporting, Infrastructure or Help Desk Leads. This specialist may perform in specified application development roles or assist mid-level roles with problem identification and resolution. They are responsible for maintaining accurate database contents, uploading/downloading information regularly, overseeing creation and maintenance of data onto MIS systems, and creating and running data integrity checks. This specialist will have the primary responsibility for the performance reports. They will generate performance reports as requested, including processing reports and queries utilizing Access and Excel, and completing necessary forms, and paperwork. They also must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only under general direction.

Task Description:
Ivalua certified systems engineer for design support and/or to develop advanced configuration for complex integrations (EAI, API and ETL) solutions for a complex order management system involving existing Ivalua supplier and contracts management modules. Must be able to debug and complete analysis of data/logs to solve findings, incidents/issues across all phases of implementation cycle. Must be able to interface with client and technical team to provide end to end assistance with problem solving solutions and technical oversight to include training and documentation. Must be able to manage and support testing and delivery of code into nonproduction and production environment instances.
