You will be in charge of the entire full-cycle recruitment activities for Japan and possibly other countries in APAC. As a Senior TA for Japan you will be able to design the way you work.

Description
* Lead recruitment activities in Japan
* Working closely with hiring managers for recruitment activities from planning to on-boarding
* Creating a strong candidate pipeline for the company's short to long term plans
* Providing guidance and advice to leaders based on the current market (locally and overseas)
* Internal and external stakeholder management
Profile
* At least 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience in various roles and levels (experience in Software is an advantage) in Japan
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English OR Mandarin Chinese
* Can do attitude - and ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to say NO and provide advice when needed
