* Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and professional development.
* Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the evolving talent needs of the organization, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and implement effective sourcing and selection strategies.
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, systems, and tools, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage recruitment budget and resources effectively, maximizing ROI and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, leveraging insights to drive innovation and improvement.
Profile
* At least years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Japan, with a strong track record of success in tech or related industries.
* Fluent in Japanese and at least business-level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic recruitment planning, budgeting, and execution, with a focus on delivering results and driving business impact.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges and opportunities.
* Experience leading recruitment initiatives during periods of organizational change or transformation is highly desirable.
