インサートモールド機械エンジニア / Insert Mold Machine Engineer
Our Team
モールドグループはオペレーター/金型班/機械班の3部門で構成されています。その中で、機械班は成形品を形成する機械のメンテナンスを担当するチームで、基本的には8h勤務の日勤で対応しています。（一部設備の切り替え及びメンテナンスの対応の為に3勤3休の2交替勤務で勤務頂いている方もいます。）業務は設備の部品交換や設備修理を行い、生産に寄与させることが主であり設備の修理時には必要に応じて研削加工を行う事もあります。オペレーター/金型班と情報を共有する機会が多くあり、専門知識を高めていけます。また、モールドグループの製品の一部は完成品となり最終工程となりますのでとても重要な工程となります。
工場においても、フレックス制を採用しており、生活と仕事を両立させやすい環境です。What You Will Do
1. 機械・設備のメンテナンス業務
2. 設備のセットアップ・組換え業務
3. 設備修理及び部品研削加工業務
4. 設備・生産性改善業務
・改善に関する各種打ち合わせ業務
・外部へのベンチマーキング（必要に応じて）
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
・各現場との調整が出来るコミュニケーション能力
・立ち仕事が問題ない方 *男女不問
・日本語：口頭での日常会話が可能なレベル
What Will Put You Ahead
・射出成型技能士2級以上
・機械加工平面研削盤技能士2級以上
・CAD経験
・制御経験
・英語：口頭での日常会話が可能なレベル
海外工場とのコミュニケーションが必要なケースや、海外出張の可能性もあり、英語力は必要になります。英語の読み書きを入社後に学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎します。
