Overview:

As an Application operation & Maintenance support (AMS) for SAP commerce Cloud Project, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the e-commerce project
You will provide technical support, resolve issues, and contribute to the enhancement of the platform to meet business requirements and improve user experience

顧客やエンドユーザーから報告されたアプリケーション関連のインシデントに迅速に対応し、根本原因を診断し、ダウンタイムやサービスの中断を最小限に抑えるためのタイムリーな解決策を実施する。機能性、パフォーマンス、統合、データの一貫性に関する問題のトラブルシューティングを実施する
Java、Springフレームワーク、Aunglar、REST API、Apache Solr、Ingress、HTML、CSS、JavaScriptなどの技術を使用して、SAP Commerce Cloudストアフロントのユーザーインターフェイスを統合・強化する
バグレポートの分析、重大性と影響に基づく問題の優先順位付け、特定された問題に対処するためのバグ修正とパッチの実装を行う
Gitなどのバージョン管理システムを使用してコードベースを管理し、チームメンバーと協力する
確立された変更管理プロセスに従い、コマース・プラットフォームへの変更を実施する。変更が徹底的にテストされ、文書化され、リスクと混乱を最小化するために周知する
アプリケーションのパフォーマンス指標を監視し、パフォーマンスのボトルネックと最適化の機会を特定し、レスポンスタイム、スループット、リソース利用率を改善するための最適化を実施する。データベースクエリ、キャッシュ戦略、コード効率を最適化し、アプリケーションパフォーマンスを向上させる
未解決の問題を社内の適切なチームに適切にエスカレーションするための標準的な手順に従う
eコマース・プラットフォームに関する設定、プロセス、手順の包括的なドキュメントを管理する。知識の共有を促進し、標準への準拠を徹底するため、ドキュメントを常に最新の状態に保つ
eコマース・プラットフォームの効果的な使用方法、一般的な問題のトラブルシューティング、ベストプラクティスの遵守について、ユーザーやサポートチームのメンバーにトレーニングとナレッジトランスファーを提供する

Role:

Application operation and maintenance support consultant for e-commerce projects

Main job content:

Respond quickly to application-related incidents reported by customers and end users, diagnose root causes, and implement timely resolution to minimize downtime and service interruptions. Troubleshoot functionality, performance, integration, and data consistency issues
Integrate and enhance the SAP Commerce Cloud storefront user interface using technologies such as Java, Spring framework, Aunglar, REST API, Apache Solr, Ingress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Analyze bug reports, prioritize issues based on severity and impact, and implement bug fixes and patches to address identified issues
Use version control systems like Git to manage your codebase and collaborate with team members
Implement changes to the commerce platform according to established change management processes. Changes are thoroughly tested, documented and communicated to minimize risk and disruption
Monitor application performance metrics, identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities, and implement optimizations to improve response time, throughput, and resource utilization. Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and code efficiency to improve application performance
Follow standard procedures for appropriately escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
Manage comprehensive documentation of settings, processes, and procedures for your e-commerce platform. Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure standards compliance
Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and support team members on how to use the e-commerce platform effectively, troubleshoot common issues, and adhere to best practices

Requirements

必須の資格:

認定教育機関での学士号取得者、またはそれに相当する海外の学士号取得者
Java、Springフレームワーク、Angular、REST API、Apache Solr、Ingress、HTML、CSS、JavascriptなどのWeb技術に精通していること
SQLコマンドの使用経験、クラウド環境でのデータ管理実務経験
シフト制勤務に柔軟に対応できる方
eコマースプラットフォーム、テクノロジー、ベストプラクティスを熟知していること
技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングと解決策の実施に精通していること
ITILプロセスの経験
日本語が堪能で、ビジネスレベルの英語力のある方
スピード感のある環境で、自主的かつ協調的に業務を遂行できる方
顧客とのコミュニケーションおよび調整能力の高い方
様々なソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルモデルやフェーズに関する豊富な経験と理解があること
細部にまで気を配り、質の高いサポートサービスを提供できる方

SAPコマースクラウドの経験があれば尚可
多様で複数のステークホルダーがいる環境でチームとして働く能力
グローバルデリバリー環境での業務経験と意欲
SLAを理解し、アプリケーションの可用性、パフォーマンス、サポート応答時間に関するSLA要件に対応した経験
アプリケーションのビルド、テスト、デプロイプロセスを自動化するためのCI/CDパイプラインやJenkins、Gitlabなどのツールの理解
運用タスク、アプリケーションのデプロイ、インフラ構成の自動化のためのBash、PowerShellなどのスクリプト言語の習熟

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or an equivalent overseas bachelor's degree
Familiar with web technologies such as Java, Spring framework, Angular, REST API, Apache Solr, Ingress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Experience using SQL commands, practical experience managing data in a cloud environment
Those who can respond flexibly to shift work
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, technology, and best practices
Be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing resolutions
Experience with ITIL processes
Those who are fluent in Japanese and have business-level English skills
Able to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
Highly skilled in communicating and coordinating with customers
Strong experience and understanding of various software development lifecycle models and phases
People who are attentive to details and can provide high-quality support services.

Preferential Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus
Ability to work as a team in a diverse and multi-stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
Experience with understanding SLAs and meeting SLA requirements for application availability, performance, and support response times
Understand CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab to automate the application build, test, and deployment process
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell for automating operational tasks, application deployment, and infrastructure configuration
