As an Application operation & Maintenance support (AMS) for SAP commerce Cloud Project, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the e-commerce project
You will provide technical support, resolve issues, and contribute to the enhancement of the platform to meet business requirements and improve user experience

Main job content:
Respond quickly to application-related incidents reported by customers and end users, diagnose root causes, and implement timely resolution to minimize downtime and service interruptions. Troubleshoot functionality, performance, integration, and data consistency issues
Integrate and enhance the SAP Commerce Cloud storefront user interface using technologies such as Java, Spring framework, Aunglar, REST API, Apache Solr, Ingress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Analyze bug reports, prioritize issues based on severity and impact, and implement bug fixes and patches to address identified issues
Use version control systems like Git to manage your codebase and collaborate with team members
Implement changes to the commerce platform according to established change management processes. Changes are thoroughly tested, documented and communicated to minimize risk and disruption
Monitor application performance metrics, identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities, and implement optimizations to improve response time, throughput, and resource utilization. Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and code efficiency to improve application performance
Follow standard procedures for appropriately escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
Manage comprehensive documentation of settings, processes, and procedures for your e-commerce platform. Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure standards compliance
Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and support team members on how to use the e-commerce platform effectively, troubleshoot common issues, and adhere to best practices
A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or an equivalent overseas bachelor's degree
Familiar with web technologies such as Java, Spring framework, Angular, REST API, Apache Solr, Ingress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Experience using SQL commands, practical experience managing data in a cloud environment

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, technology, and best practices
Be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing resolutions
Experience with ITIL processes
Those who are fluent in Japanese and have business-level English skills

Preferential Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus

Experience with understanding SLAs and meeting SLA requirements for application availability, performance, and support response times
Understand CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab to automate the application build, test, and deployment process
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell for automating operational tasks, application deployment, and infrastructure configuration
