Microsoft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs that accelerate AI innovation through collaboration across engineering, business, and partner ecosystems. Establish program governance, success metrics, and operational processes to ensure business impact.
Identify opportunities to expand ecosystem capabilities and create new avenues for customer and partner success.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field AND several years of experience in:
・Technical Program Management
Software Engineering
Solution Architecture
Cloud Platform Delivery
Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs
Experience working with strategic partners, system integrators, consulting firms, or software vendors
Strong understanding of:
Cloud Architecture
AI/ML Platforms
Distributed Systems
Modern Software Engineering Practices
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering AI transformation programs
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Copilot, or generative AI technologies
Experience building partner ecosystems or partner enablement programs
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering organizations
Experience creating global-scale operational programs and governance frameworks
