JR49748 TECHNICIAN-UPW&WWTFacilities UPW&WWT technicianはFab15内の大まかなプロセス/設備/製造の流れを理解したうえで、安全関連法令、環境関連法令を順守しFacility排水中継設備を含めた純水製造設備ならびに排水処理設備の安定稼働を推進する。
そのために必要なメンテナンス計画を立案し、計画通り実行し施設の安定稼働を進める。さらに関連するリスク低減を図り、災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作る。
主な業務内容：
超純水、排水処理システムのメンテナンス、
修理 排水中継システム（廃液回収含む）の操作、メンテナンス、修理
上記1)2)施設における不具合時の仮処置
上記2)施設の安定稼働推進のためのメンテナンス計画立案
運転管理におけるリスク低減、災害・事故撲滅
必須要件
- 高校卒業以上
- 日本語必須 must have Japanese language skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)などの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる
必要な要件 （全て満たしている必要は無い）
- 機械設備の一般的な知識（回転機器、材料、図面の読み方他）や、電気設備の一般的な知識（交流、直流、抵抗、計測方法他）
- 良好なチームワークを構築する能力を有する
- 危険作業を未然に防止、また、危険作業を発見した場合に作業中止させる事が出来る
- コミュニケーションスキルが高い
- Excel, Word、PowerPoint, CAD等の基本的なソフトウエアを使用できること
勤務時間：シフト勤務 4勤4休（昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み・・・のサイクルです）
昼勤：8:00～20:15、夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15
Installs, maintains and modifies heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment and systems in various facility applications. Follows blueprints, drawings, schematics and general instructions to perform assignments. Conducts general checkouts to ensure proper systems operation. Modifies systems and equipment to respond to space and operational changes. Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and system malfunctions. Performs pipe-fitting, brazing, soldering, and sheet metal work incidental to the installation, repair, modification and maintenance of equipment and systems. Performs a variety of preventative maintenance tasks including system charging, filter charges, lubrication and the like. Applies skills to a wide variety of air conditioning, heating, and ventilating systems such as boilers, heat pumps, compressors, evaporators, control systems, heaters, A/C units and the like.
