TEAMToyota Woven City (hereafter "TWC"), is a test course built at the base of Mt. Fuji in Japan, has its vision set to diversify and expand the meaning of "Mobility" to move and inspire people. TWC has three core concepts, a 'living laboratory' incorporating a diversity of the latest technologies, 'ever-evolving', with foreseeing endless Kaizen and expansion, and 'human-centric', a city that serves its people bringing them more happiness to their lives.

You will report to the Lead of Tenant & Co-inventor Relations, and this job's workplace type is hybrid (office and remote).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORYou will develop measures to improve Toyota Woven City's (hereafter "TWC") resident (customer) experience during each phase of TWC residents' lifecycle phase (from move-in, during their rent, and move-out).
Through experiencing advanced products and communicating with the inventors, TWC residents will play an important role to inspire the inventors and help them accelerate the development speed of their inventions. We value this as the commitment and will help TWC to achieve its vision "Well-being for All".
You will play an important role which will include from the rent space property management to planning of an ecosystem for residents. In your role, you will solve questions such as "How can we create a better living environment for the residents so that they could focus more on the unique experiences TWC has to offer? " and "How can we make the residents more curious and excited to be part of the PoC and tests for under-developed products and services?".

トヨタ・ウーブンシティの住民は、先進的なプロダクトの体験・Inventor(発明者)とのコミュニケーションを通じて、発明活動を触発・加速し、幸せの量産に貢献する重要な存在となります。本ポジションは、住宅のプロパティマネジメントおよびリレーションシップ構築の仕組みづくりをご担当いただく重要な役割です。
住民がトヨタ・ウーブンシティならではの体験に集中できるよう、どうすればより良い住環境になるか、どうすればより実証実験に参加したい・発明者と繋がりたいと思ってもらえるか、を賃貸借契約や住民間イベントなどのツールやサービスを使ってデザインいただきます。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In your role, you will:
  • Be a communication hub for the residents to support their move-in phase (e.g. Managing logistics, info sessions, signing and completing the lease documents, hosting property tours, etc.)
  • Be in charge of the plans/events to improve customer satisfaction rate and PoC participation rate (e.g. Conducting and analyzing resident living environment satisfaction survey and PoC and tests satisfaction/participation survey)
  • Be in charge of the residents' move-out phase (e.g. Managing logistics for move-out, etc.) with the scope of forming an "alumni network" with them to have continued commitment to TWC
  • トヨタ・ウーブンシティに入居する住民とのコミュニケーションハブとしての役割(入居説明会の企画・運営、契約書類の取り交わし、物件内覧のアテンド等)
  • トヨタ・ウーブンシティに入居中の住民の満足度向上と実証実験への参加促進をするための、様々な企画を立案から実行まで担当いただきます。(住民の実証実験参加状況の管理・分析、顧客満足度調査の企画立案から実施等)
  • トヨタ・ウーブンシティを退去したお客様が継続的にトヨタ・ウーブンシティに関心を持っていただけるよう、アラムナイネットワークの構築を担っていただきます。(その他、一般的な賃貸住宅の退去にかかる手続きの管理・サポートも含む)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences related to behavioral economics or service design
  • 3 or more years of experiences facing customers in leasing management (including contracts) and user experience improvement (customer management in real estate, especially housing)
  • Native/Bilingual proficiency level in Japanese and Business proficiency level in English
  • Passion for TWC's mission to invent the future norms in the Living Lab, and could put priority on taking actions towards the project's success
  • Ability to act with respect working along with multiple stakeholders while making progress towards achieving the goals
  • Mindset to enjoy and make the best out of the speedy, startup like environment

  • 既存顧客とのコミュニケーションを含む、契約管理・関係構築・体験価値向上における3年以上の経験(商材は問わないが、不動産、特に住宅の顧客管理であるとなおよい)

  • 実証実験の街で未来の当たり前を発明するというミッションに共感し、プロジェクトの成功を第一に考え行動できる人
  • 複数のステークホルダーと共に、相手への敬意と協調的な姿勢を持ち、目的達成に向け前進できる人

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience in research projects, planning and implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction rates
  • Experience in managing leasing contracts (series of flows related to leasing contracts from drafting to signing of new contracts, making amendments to the contract, and cancellation etc.)
  • Certified Property Manager ("賃貸不動産経営管理士") , Licensed Representative of Condominium Management Company ("管理業務主任者")
  • 顧客満足度向上を目的とした調査・施策立案・実行までの経験
  • 契約管理の業務経験(新規契約手続き、契約内容の変更、解約までの一連のフローのマネジメント)
  • 賃貸不動産経営管理士、管理業務主任者
