プロシステム事業部にて、既存取引先を中心に関係性の構築・管理を行い、業務用音響製品(一部ビデオ機器を含む)の提案営業を実施していただきます。
【責任の範囲】
  • 担当先での年間/四半期ごとの販売計画の作成並びに遂行
  • 担当先とのビジネスの機会の創出とそれをどのように遂行していくかの明確化
  • コストや利益を考慮したうえでの目標金額の達成
  • 担当先への新製品導入計画の策定ならび遂行
  • チーム内のエンジニアと協業し、取引先に対する技術サポートの提供
  • 担当先との長期的視点にたった関係構築ならび日々の担当者としての業務遂行
  • チーム内各員並びに社内関係者との関係構築および協業の実施
【必須能力・経験】
  • 同業界での法人営業経験
  • 学士もしくは同等の学位をお持ちの方
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語
【あると望ましいスキル】
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

Role Overview:
The Territory Manager, Osaka will help manage the relationship with existing accounts and achieve the desired growth objectives within the region.
Job Accountabilities:
  • Create annual growth plans and quarterly execution plans for the accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities on assigned accounts and define how to address them.
  • Maximize revenues, and direct gross margin objectives of key accounts.
  • Develop new product launch plans and execute at key account level.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers appropriately.
  • Apply structure and standards to day-to-day account management.
  • Build long term relationship with accounts and related people including Bose professional employees.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • B to B sales experiences in related industries.
  • Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent
  • Native in Japanese

Nice to have:
  • English skill
