☆主要職務内容： 協力会社の管理
ジボダンでは弊社の製品を製造していただく協力会社様をTollerと呼んでおります。それぞれのTollerが持つ専門的な製造技術を活用し、より幅広い製品をお客様に提供するため、Tolling ManagementではTollerの管理を行っています。チームは、テイスト＆ウェルビーイング事業部のオペレーション部門に属し、3名で構成されています。
新規Tollerの選定や新製品の立ち上げ、価格交渉、コストダウンの検討など業務の幅は広く、製造面と戦略面に深く関わる、とても重要な部署です。ご自身のキャリア発展においても挑戦の機会に恵まれたポジションです。
- 新規Tollerの探索・選定、立ち上げ時の社内外手続の調整・実行
- 新製品製造時の社内関連部署（営業、開発、品質保証等）との調整、Tollerとの折衝（価格、製造数量、荷姿、スケジュール等）
- Tollerの管理（会社情報の更新、加工賃・原料費の交渉）、窓口対応、トラブル対応、文書の作成・管理（規格書、工程、処方、見積等）
- Tollerとの改善活動（安全性、品質、生産効率等）
- 社内処理プロセスの実行（価格承認の取得、当社システムへの登録作業等）
- 社内業務フローの改善提案・実行
☆応募資格
- 以下の業務経験者
- 食品・飲料の業務経験歓迎
- OEM（受注または委託）、商品開発、製造、生産管理、量産化、調達などの業務経験
- 歓迎する人物像
- 社内外と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れ、調整、折衝できる
- 困難な状況や大きな変化に直面しても、前向きに柔軟に対応できる
- 技術・資格等
- 英語を読み書きできる程度、向上の意欲があること
- PCスキル： マイクロソフトオフィス（表計算、文書作成、プレゼンテーション）
