Department Overview

Our department is responsible for the planning and operation of level-specific training programs and the management of internal training systems (such as R CREW University), building the foundation that supports human resource development across the organization.

We support employees at all levels-from new hires to management-in acquiring the skills they need. By leveraging AI to streamline operations, optimizing training content, and ensuring the stable operation and continuous improvement of our learning infrastructure, we cultivate an environment that fosters autonomous learning.

As the skills and roles required in the field continue to diversify, it has become critical to integrate not only the planning and operation of training but also content improvement based on organizational needs, the stable operation of online learning systems, and the streamlining of operations through AI. Therefore, we are seeking an individual who can take the lead in planning and executing human resource development initiatives while proactively working to improve the overall learning environment.

Position Details

This position contributes to strengthening the organization's human resource development foundation and optimizing the learning environment through the planning and operation of new hire/level-specific training, the improvement of learning content, and the management of online learning systems.

- Planning and operation of human resource development initiatives, including new hire training, management training, and promotion training.

- Improvement and updates of training content based on organizational challenges.

- Content planning and operation for online learning systems.

- Streamlining and optimization of operational processes using AI and other technologies.

Work Environment

Promoting Talent Development Team: 3 members
Breakdown: 1 Assistant Manager, 2 Members

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in promoting initiatives or operations in collaboration with stakeholders in areas such as human resource development, training operation, sales planning, store operation support, business promotion, or back-office planning.

- Experience handling a full range of tasks—from planning and preparation to on-the-day operation and post-implementation improvement—for training, meetings, briefings, or project management.

- Experience in facilitating smooth business operations by managing schedules, progress, and tasks while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in creating explanatory materials, operational documents, progress management sheets, and summary reports using PowerPoint and Excel.

- Experience in reviewing existing operations or content based on field or organizational issues, and proposing or implementing operational improvements.

- A proactive mindset; someone who can identify issues, involve others, and drive tasks forward independently rather than waiting for instructions.

Desired Qualifications:

- Someone who is passionate about supporting the personal growth and learning experience of others.

- Experience in planning and designing training programs.

- Experience in data-based analysis and improvement using SQL.

- Ability to communicate in English during meetings, etc.
