About The Role

We are looking for experienced Japanese translators for our R&D/Global roles and individuals with Japanese language skills willing to develop their project management experience, Scrum methodology and also explore other areas of business.

What You will be responsible for

• Work with low level of supervision in a project, providing high quality translations (Japanese, Polish, English).
• Demonstrate great interpersonal skills and diplomacy in dealing with the customers and peers.
• Expected to offer suggestionsto others withinthe team in support of assignment objectives.
• Duties not limited only to a mere translations but also is expected to involve in initiatives reaching beyond basic duties.

Our Requirements

• Knowledge of Japanese and English: Business level in speaking, writing and reading.
• Experience in the field of Japanese work culture
• Experience in creating presentations, reports and emails in Japanese, English and Polish
• The ability to translate simultaneously
• Agility in frequent environmental changes, keeping up with current business conditions
• Experience in service operations like responding to standard inquiries or ability to perform tasks according to procedures (adding users, account management)
• Preferable cloud services experience
• Teamwork and soft skills are a must
• Information flow management
• Knowledge of MS Office

Nice to have

• Experience in translations of technical documentation in the field of IT
• Knowledge/experience of/in SCRUM/Agile
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence
• German language
• IT Project Management (Agile/Scrum)
