* Foster strong partnerships with vendors and internal teams, leading sourcing initiatives and process enhancements for efficient logistics.
* Champion end-to-end logistical improvements, focusing on freight handling, regulatory approvals, and optimizing supply chain movements.
* Implement and uphold best practice standards and KPIs, managing a global team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Profile
* Holds a bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
* Experienced in a global, matrixed organization, preferably in the Medical Device sector, with a strong business acumen.
* Proven track record of strategic thinking, project implementation, and delivering results on time.
* Excellent at team leadership, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
* Knowledgeable in Planisware, PMP, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, APICS, FPX, SDLC methodologies; FPX, PMP certifications preferred.
