Appealing Points:

• User-Centered Product Design – Lead UI/UX design initiatives by identifying user challenges, conducting research, and creating intuitive experiences that deliver real user value.
• End-to-End Design Ownership – Drive the design process from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative & Modern Design Environment – Work closely with PMs and engineers using industry-standard tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Notion to shape impactful digital products.

Annual Salary : 4.5 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Design solutions and UI for user challenges
  Propose and design improvements based on user experience considerations
  Collaborate with PMs and engineers to drive product initiatives
  Conduct user research (including interviews) and extract insights
  Create designs and prototypes

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of practical UI design experience
• Experience designing with user experience in mind
• Experience using Figma or similar tools for UI design
• Ability to solve problems from a user-centered perspective
• Proactive and collaborative mindset in team environments
• Technical Environment:
  • Design: Figma
  • Management: Notion
  • Communication: Slack / FigJam / Miro
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating prototypes
• Experience building and operating design systems
• Knowledge of user research methodologies

Languages : Conversational level Japanese and Conversational level English.
