Their team is looking for a UX Consultant to join a strong team of technical consultants to provide a unique perspective towards a user-centric designed approach to ensure a well-rounded user experience. As the UX Consultant you will lead cross-functional teams in experience design projects, ensuring the highest quality throughout every phase.

Are you a passionate experience designer with a strong commitment to success and a blend of creativity and pragmatism?
As the UX Consultant, you will be collaborating with several consultants and architects to provide an additional user-centric perspective.
Role Details:
* You will work both collaboratively and autonomously to seek the best approaches and challenging existing methods
* Continuously learn new technologies, practices, and methodologies to apply your new skills
* Work with clients to understand their needs from a business and technical perspective
* Lead and contribute to the design projects through the following:
* Lead UX design activities including research, workshops, interviews, customer journey maps, and personas.
* Work with the Project Managers and other Professional Services members for project success
Including Fluent (JLPTN1) Japanese and Business English, the following will help you succeed in this role:
* 7+ years experience in UX consulting or design including: User research, modelling current UX, ideation and creation of design concepts, requirement definition, usability testing...
* 5+ years experience in enterprise customer-facing experience
* Experience designing or customizing business applications or other SaaS solutions from the UX perspective
