Partner with the best

As a UX Interaction Designer, you will be creating web/mobile applications for industrial internet of things. You will be an individual contributor to multiple user experience engagements. You will be working on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains.

As a UX Researcher your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting UX research throughout the product lifecycle and working horizontally with multiple product teams.

  • Being a champion of UX Research and the use of user insights from both qualitative and quantitative research to put the customer at the heart of the product design process.

  • Collaborating with design & product teams to clearly define research objectives and approach with consideration of business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Planning and delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring the appropriate methodology is used and research objectives are met.

  • Guiding product teams on using our customer learnings and the personas you’ll create.

  • Working effectively and collaboratively with senior researchers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts

  • Define and develop key workflows, wireframes and prototypes, and communicate them effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.

Fuel your passion
To excel in this position, you must:

  • Have a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as UX Design, Digital Design or Information Architecture, etc.

  • Have expert-level knowledge in the field of UX research with up to 4+ years’ experience applying UX research to digital products.

  • Be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in Figma and in effectively communicating design ideas.

  • Have practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as semi-structured interviews, usability testing, facilitating workshops, contextual inquiry, co-design, ethnographic research, creation of personas, journey mapping, surveys, etc.

  • Have the ability to use a range of standard UX research software and tools.

  • Know design principles, UX design experience, and/or service design

  • Have experience working in an agile product development environment and applying lean UX research methods

  • Have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and the ability to work well with a variety of people who come from different departments, disciplines, and cultural backgrounds.
