職務の目的および主な業務内容
- 自社のワクチンと予防接種に関する医学的知識を持ち、ノンプロモーション活動として、医療関係者との科学的なコミュニケーションを行う。
- 医療関係者からの質問や要望に対応し、適切な医学的情報を提供する。例えば、ワクチンの使用方法や効果についての質問に対して、科学的な根拠をもとに回答する。
- 科学的なコミュニケーションを通じたUnmet Medical Needs、Data Gap等のInsight収集や、担当領域に関わる論文、学会等での最新情報収集を行う。
- 社内の関係部門と連携・情報交換し、メディカルの立場から必要な関連情報を提供し、予防接種環境の向上をサポートする。
必要な条件
スキル
- ワクチンと予防接種に関する理解力：ワクチンの効果、副作用、接種スケジュールに加え、法規制度などの周辺知識を必要に応じて説明できる。
- コミュニケーション能力と対人スキル：担当領域の医療関係者と公平かつ科学的にディスカッションし、信頼関係と持続的なコミュニケーションを維持する能力。
- 自己管理とチームワーク：個人のEngagement planを策定し、それを実行し、成果を明確に示すことができる。さらに各ステークホルダーの役割や立場を理解し、周囲を巻き込みながら業務を進めることができる。
- 英語のリテラシー：英語の医学論文・社内スライドを理解し、医療関係者とのコミュニケーションで説明できる。
経験
- 医薬品業界における、5年以上のMR経験、3年以上MSL/MA経験、3年以上の臨床開発実務経験。
学位/資格/語学力
- 学士号以上
- 英語の読解力、簡単な記述力
望ましい条件
スキル
- ワクチンと予防接種に関する医学的な知識やその関連情報を理解し伝えることができる。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可。必須ではありませんが、英語を聞く機会はあります。
経験
- 感染症領域・予防接種関連領域でのご経験、免疫疾患関連領域でのご経験
- ワクチンや予防接種に関連する医療業界での実務経験。
学位/資格/語学力
- 生命科学、医学、薬学、看護学などの分野の学士号以上。修士号や博士号を持つ方は尚可。
