＊ 供給業者、輸送業者、その他の関係者と調整し、物流を最適化し、商品のタイムリーな配送を確保する。
＊ 倉庫スタッフのリーダーシップを取り、生産性とパフォーマンスを最大化するための指導とサポートを提供する。
＊すべての健康安全規制に 準拠し、安全で清潔な作業環境を維持する。
＊ お客様の要求に応えるため、梱包と配送の品質を確保する。

Job Title - Warehouse manager
Job Description
Retro vGames is in search of a smart and motivated warehouse manager to form the core of our Japan warehouse management. We are seeking a highly qualified Warehouse manager to oversee our operations on the ground in Japan. As a Warehouse manager you will be responsible for managing all the inventory management, logistics coordination and team supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operation, including receiving, storing and distributing products.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize loss. Manage Mods and Repairs of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Lead, mentor and hire a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain and analyze warehouse performance metrics.
- Ensure the quality of packaging and shipping orders to meet customers demand.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Resides in Japan, preferably near Tokyo.
- Experience working with retro games and consoles, including knowledge of various models, repair techniques and market trends.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the diverse teams.
- Demonstrated repair experience with retro games and consoles
- Prior warehouse shipping experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and processes and best practices.
- Availability for full-time employment.
- Preference for candidates residing near Tokyo or willing to relocate to the area.
