Contract Logistics Engineering Team – Overview
We are looking for team-oriented, ownership-driven professionals to strengthen our Contract Logistics Engineering and Solution Design capabilities in Japan.
The focus is on individuals who can design, optimize, and support warehouse and logistics operations in practical, hands-on environments. Candidates should demonstrate strong collaboration skills, operational understanding, and the ability to see projects and solutions through to completion.
Importantly, these are not pure Project Manager positions. We are specifically seeking Industrial Engineering, Solution Design, Logistics Engineering, and Warehouse Systems profiles.

1. Solution Designer – Contract Logistics (Industrial Engineering)
Focus
Design warehouse and logistics operational solutions from concept through completion.
Main Responsibilities
Warehouse layout and operational flow design
Productivity and labour analysis
Operational modelling and cost assumptions
RFQ and customer solution support
Process optimization and continuous improvement
SOP development and operational standardization
Cross-functional coordination with operations and engineering teams

2. Systems Specialist – Warehouse Systems & Automation
Focus
Support warehouse systems integration, WMS/WCS optimization, and operational digitalization.
Main Responsibilities
WMS/WCS configuration and support

Automation and scanner/RF systems support
Troubleshooting operational systems issues
Testing and go-live support
Cross-functional coordination with operations and engineering teams

3. Logistics Engineer – Operations Improvement
