Your New Role...

スタジオツアー東京のマーケティングチームのアシスタントとしてチーム運営が円滑に進められるようにサポートするとともに、

マーケティング活動で関わる社内外の関係者との調整を実施していただきます

Your responsibilities...

• チーム内で発生するミーティングのアレンジ、議事録の作成、カレンダー管理などの業務サポート

• PO / 請求書 (SAP)、経費請求、商品の受け取り、宅配便、配送の処理

• 契約書、申請書など書類の処理をサポート

• 社内外のニーズに合わせて翻訳、レポートの作成、メールのドラフトの対応

• マーケティング フォルダーのデータ管理

• 撮影、メディア/パートナー訪問の調整、当日のアテンド、フォローアップ業務を支援する

• 社内外のイベントの手配と実行のサポート

Qualifications and Experience...

• チーム運営のサポート経験

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力と日本語

• マーケティングもしくは同業界の経験があれば尚可

• PowerPoint及びExcelを利用できる

• Proactiveに行動でき、チームと協力して業務を実施できる
