Your New Role....
Health and Safety ManagerとしてStudio Tour内で働く従業員が健康で安全に働けるように環境を整え、ビジターの期待を超えるカスタマーサービスを提供できるようにする
Your Role Accountabilities...
General Managerにレポートをし、従業員が健康かつ安全には働ける環境を作り、スタジオツアーが法準拠した施設であることように各部署と連携をする
H&Sの観点から監査と検査を支援し、スタジオツアーにとってリスクを軽減する
H&Sのトレーニング、手順、報告書の策定と実行、およびH&Sに関連する法的問題に関するビジネスへのアドバイスも行う
産業医や現場運営チームと連携して、日常的なH&Sのメンテナンスに責任をもつ。また、消防安全と健康と安全のパートナー企業とも密接に連携する
各部門のManager及びDirectorと協力し、施設全体で働く従業員がH&Sポリシーの順守できるようにする
Qualification and Experience
500名以上の従業員を持つ企業でH&Sに関わる業務を経験されていた方
トップダウンアプローチではなく、他部署と協力をしながらH&Sポリシーを浸透させてきた方
ビジネスレベルの英語力(書き、読み)及び日本語での業務に支障がない方
衛生管理者資格保持者
