Job Description
You will work within a cross-functional team of approximately five members, including engineers, product managers, and designers, with a shared goal of maximizing product value.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
Graduate of a College of Technology (KOSEN)
Have publicly available personal software development projects (e.g., GitHub portfolio, open-source contributions, independent applications)
Demonstrate outstanding technical achievements through one of the following:
AtCoder Rating of 800 or higher (Green rank)
Kaggle Expert or above
Award-winning experience in programming competitions or hackathons
Preferred Qualifications
Frontend development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
Backend development experience using web application frameworks
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Rust, Ruby, TypeScript, and AWS
Experience launching and developing proprietary products or services
Experience in continuous product development, operation, and maintenance
Project management and/or engineering team leadership experience

Annual Salary: Up to JPY 7,000,000
Opportunity for salary reviews and promotions twice per year, based on performance

Candidates are expected to reside within the Greater Tokyo Area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, or Chiba), with a commuting distance of approximately 90 minutes or less
