Job Description
The Wedding Planner is responsible for creating exceptional wedding celebrations by guiding couples through every stage of their journey, from the initial consultation and proposal to planning, coordination, and successful event execution. Working closely with culinary, events, rooms, and other operational teams, the Wedding Planner delivers personalized and memorable celebrations that reflect the Fairmont brand and exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in wedding planning, event planning, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with hotel sales or event management systems is an advantage.
- Fluent Japanese is required; English communication skills are preferred.
