The Role
As a member of the global storage team and the local hosting team, perform a daily work such as a system change and troubleshooting mainly related to the customer in Japan. Also perform a system update and renewal according to instructions from the global team under a small project or RFS.

グローバルストレージチーム、ローカルホスティングチームのメンバーとして、主に日本のお客様に関するシステム変更、トラブルシューティングなどの日常業務を行う。また、小規模なプロジェクトやRFSのもとでのシステム更新やリニューアル等に関するサポート業務を、グローバルチームの指示に従い実施することもあります。
Who You Are
・Storage maintenance and operation skills
Kyndryl global project team is strongly demanding personnel with foundational storage skills, high English proficiency as well as Japanese, and the ability to visit the data center in Tokyo and Osaka to work on-site when needed.
Language Skill:
・Japanese (Native level), English (fluent)
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
・Experience with storage products management
