About the Role

带领运营数字应用与平台团队，打造运营体验、风控等数智产品，管理和运营运营条线的数据、知识和AI能力，持续提升运营作业自动化和决策智能化水平，从而升级运营效率

岗位内容：

• 需求管理：统筹核心系统持续优化、服务门户升级及相关运营数字化平台等系统及项目的需求管理工作

• 数智产品：基于用户视角设计运营体验、风控等类型数智应用的产品功能，运营产品的价值指标，实现数智能力驱动的业务闭环

• 数据服务：通过数字化手段、数据建模及数据分析，全面洞察运营业务需求，以支持未来线上化销售与服务模式的构建

• 数智运营：实现运营条线的数据、知识和AI能力的平台化管理和应用，系统构建相关内容，提升其应用价值。

• 数智运营：主导数据、知识和AI能力相关的日常BAU及SI项目，并为跨职能项目提供必要的解决方案支持

• 机构支持：与分支机构保持密切沟通，深入了解其在数据、报表及数字化工具方面的需求，特别是针对新设分支机构的需求支持

• 其他领导交办的任务

• 辅导并培养团队成员

岗位要求：

• 重点大学本科及以上学历，IT相关专业，具备良好的英语沟通能力

• 具备保险数智应用产品设计、数据建设、数据建模及数据分析经验，深入理解产品功能与相关数据、知识和AI能力

• 8年以上相关工作经验，3年团队管理经验

• 有新单、保全、理赔等大型运营系统数智化规划和实施经验者优先

• 具备出色的分析及问题解决能力

• 具有团队合作精神，自驱力强，具备一定抗压能力
