Key responsibilities 重要职责

• 洞察中小连锁连锁商的业务发展机会，制定负责的中小连锁的销售策略和活动计划，完成销售指标 50%
• 与辖区内重点中小连锁或商业公司建立深度合作的伙伴关系，管理总部客户，通过连锁总部/商业公司，确保NN各项活动在连锁内部开展并高效执行 20%
• 持续探索零售渠道创新项目，拓展诺和诺德产品的可及性，增加诺和产品在中小连锁/非签约药店的覆盖率，以确保零售渠道的长期可持续发展 15%
• 确保所有行动符合NN之道及其他相关合规指南和公司规定 15%

Experience 经验

4年以上处方药零售管理经验
2年以上零售连锁客户管理经验
有处方药零售客户管理经验优先
优秀的沟通和谈判技巧,能够与KA客户建立良好的合作关系
熟悉了解区域医药市场及国家医药相关政策,有较强的业务和数据分析能力
具有优秀的团队合作意识,极强的执行能力,较好的组织协调能力，较强跨部门沟通能力及团队协作能力
医学、药学、市场营销等专业优先,本科及以上学历

具备良好的合规意识
