Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in architectural analysis and design for business processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with the architecture team on projects.
• Support the execution of architectural initiatives.
• Participate in the development of specifications for new products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to support architecture decisions.
• Assist in the development of process improvement recommendations.
• Provide support in the documentation of architectural solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role years of experience in business or functional architecture, business process design, and technology integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience working on cross-functional team projects, leading small projects, or workstreams in business or functional architecture
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus
• Relevant certifications or advanced training a plus
