About the Role
财务信息化规划、财务转型项目管理、财务人员发展与团队文化建设、效率持续改进岗位职责：
财务转型及信息化规划
根据财务战略，制定财务转型及信息化建设规划
识别关键改进领域，制定GenAI 在财务建设规划
与相关部门协作，推动财务转型及信息化规划的建设落地
财务转型立项及实施管理
统筹财务转型相关项目的立项、资源安排和实施路径
结合财务转型项目的实施，统筹并推动变革举措落地，包括流程再造与优化、系统建设与升级、保障项目执行过程与落地成效
建立项目管理机制，统筹项目群管理，推动敏捷（Agile）方法提升项目执行效率，定期向管理层汇报各项目进展与风险情况
财务人员发展与团队文化建设
统筹财务管理部员工的职业发展路径与能力提升计划，推动在职训练成效与人员流动发展
统筹安排课堂培训、人员轮岗及的计划与执行，提升团队综合能力
建设积极向上的财务团队文化、强化友邦价值观宣导与文化落地
效率持续改进
统筹财务管理部门效率持续改进工作，确保流程优化建议方案切实可行，项目执行落实到位，实施效果符合预期
定期和管理层就持续改进及优化工作进行沟通
岗位要求：
大学本科及以上学历；会计、财务管理、金融、经济管理类相关专业
熟悉保险行业的商业模式以及管理特性，具有2年以上团队管理的经验
具有项目管理、流程优化和再造的丰富经验，有8年及以上相关工作经验
拥有注册会计师等专业资质、项目管理相关资质或六西格玛绿带及以上的资格认证优先
