主な対応例
・プロジェクトを管理する- 機器の据付を監督し、現場の進捗状況を監視し、現場内外の関係者との調整を行う。
・オーナー、建築家、コンサルタント、請負業者、サプライヤー、フィールドパートナーを含む利害関係者とのコミュニケーションとの調整を行う。
・チームやフィールドパートナーを管理し、プロジェクトが予算通りに進行するようにする。
・プロジェクトチームと密接に協力し、政府および法的要件の効果的な管理を含め、安全性、倫理、品質に関するリスクを軽減する。
・プロジェクトが円滑に完了するよう、関係者と緊密に連携し、書類の提出や現地調査等を遂行する。
・顧客満足及び技術サポートの確保、並びに収益性の向上を担う。
・フィールドパートナーの安全性、品質、業務をトレーニングの上管理し、顧客サービスのレベルを確保する。
選考基準
・高卒以上
・エレベーター等昇降機業界における施工管理経験をお持ちの方
・安全が最優先と認識頂ける方
・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップを持ち、チーム志向の高いダイナミックな環境で働ける方
・自立心、デジタルスキルがあり、組織運営等のビジネスセンスのある方

勤務時間：08時45分〜17時30分
時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間）
36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる）
賃金：480,000円～700,000円
昇給あり：昇給率 1月あたり4.3％（前年度実績）
賞与あり：賞与月数 計6.39ヶ月分（前年度実績）
