油罐区仓库管理员/仓管员

Job Description

岗位职责：

豆油及磷脂入库管理

• – 与生产车间对接，确认当日豆油的生产批次、产量等信息，备好入库所需的台账、仓位。
• – 接到销售同事1#罐区的磷脂入库计划，提前与ROCO沟通做好入库前的准备。

豆油机磷脂发货管理

• - 依据销售出库单或调拨单，核实提货单位、车辆信息，按照销售要求安排备货。
• – 协调ROCO安排人员发货，监督装车过程，核对出库油脂的数量、批次，防止错发、漏发并做好装车记录。
• - 完成发货后，更新出库台账，留存相关单据归档。

豆油在库管理

• - 定期开展库存盘点，包括日常循环盘点与月度、季度全盘，核对实物库存与系统台账、纸质账本数据一致性，差异部分及时查明原因并上报处理。
• - 做好仓储设施维护，严格执行仓库安全管理制度，严禁明火、违规用电，防范火灾、坍塌等风险。

单据与数据管理
-妥善保管豆油生产入库记录、检验记录、出库单、盘点表等各类单据，按规范分类归档，保证单据可追溯。
- 按时上报豆油库存报表、收发存明细，为生产、销售部门提供准确的库存数据支持。 协同沟通
- 做好生产、销售、司机、船方及ROCO团队的现场协调，有效协调出入库过程中存在的问题。

任职要求：

- 有仓储管理经验，男性优先；

- 能登高作业；
