职位描述

Responsibilities:1、协助制造集成经理（MIM）管理制造物流项目集成团队，沟通协调外部资源，合理调配和整合内部资源。Support MIM to collaborate and manage ML Program Team, encourage, and develop ML MPT, balance and allocate cross-function and cross-Department resource, guide and make decision for risk and issues. 2、遵守NPDP和ML项目管理等流程，日常管理制造项目集成业务，召集和主持项目例会和专题会议，拉动资源，跟踪项目进程，确保实施结果。Follow NPDP and ML process, daily manage MFG program Integration work, host regular and special project meetings, track progress, to insure execution result.3、基于产品项目开发流程，协同相关功能块或部门，具体跟踪推进和集成所有制造物流项目相关部门（MPI/MEB/MEV/MPP/LOG/LEAN/DD/Quality/MFx/P&I等）活动；协助管控项目范围及计划、预算和质量目标及实施状态，完成各项交付工作。Follow NPDP, implement project management and coordinate MPI / MEB / MEV / MPP / LOG / LEAN / DD / Quality / MFx / P&I, etc. Guarantee all ML deliverables in target of MPT scope，timing, budget and quality (based on NPDP, ML PM process and industrialization scorecard).3、协助组织制造物流内部节点评审，支持组织投产阶段开阀评审，集成处理各种信息（交付物，解决方案，项目经验，外部需求等），并记录决策意见，推动执行。Support to organize ML internal Gate review and Launch phase OKTG, integrate and process information, record decision and push implementation.4、参加PCM、SOT、SDT、投产会议等相关外部项目会议，理解把握项目需求，推动“工艺驱动产品设计”，及时拉动各类L3及以下资源，反馈制造物流项目工作行动计划并有效执行。Attend project Related meeting (PCM / SOT / SDT, launch meeting, etc.,), understand project requirement and implement Process Driven Product Design, escalate to each L3 head as required, feedback ML program team action plan and effective execution.5、组织完成各类ML项目团队综合报告的集成工作，按时按需向上汇报项目进展。发现项目过程中潜在问题并预警，提出解决方案。Integrate ML program status reports, report project progress as required. Escalate risk/issues and provide solutions.6、参与制订各项业务流程或标准，参加制造物流项目管理的流程和体系改进。Involve in developing business workflows and standards, participate in project management processes or standards improvement. 7、遵循各项业务流程，模板，其他项目Tips/Lessons Learn，工作中使用统一有效的项目管理流程和工具。Follow all process, template, Tips/Lessons Learn, popularize effective processes and tools.8、推动制造项目团队内创造良好氛围，项目管理团队内践行团队合作。Help to create good atmosphere in MFG Program team, carry out team cooperation in Manufacturing Platform Team.

职位要求

Academy Requirements:学历要求：1、工程本科学位及以上，工程类/管理类专业优先;Engineering college or higher degree preferably with a major in engineering or managementWorking Experience Requirements:工作经验要求：1、至少四年的整车架构和制造项目相关经验(仅针对社招);At least 4-year relevant vehicle Manufacturing Engineering and program experience（only for social recruitment）2、具有整车制造系统、工艺和制造项目经验。Experience in Vehicle Manufacturing Systems and Processes and Manufacturing Project Execution. Capability Requirements:能力要求：3、良好的沟通，协调和组织能力Good communication, coordination and organization skills 4、良好的英语口语和写作表达能力Well spoken and written communication skills in English.
