About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 深入解读金融监管机构下发的监管制度、技术规范及报送要求，准确转化为可落地的数据模型与报送逻辑；
2. 负责监管报送数据模型的设计、维护与迭代，评估源业务系统（如核心、理赔、保全、财务等）变更对监管模型的影响，并制定应对方案；
3. 主导监管数据从采集、清洗、转换、校验到报送的全流程开发与优化，确保数据的准确性、完整性、一致性与时效性；
4. 协调内部IT团队、业务部门及外部监管技术对接方，高效推进监管项目实施，统筹任务排期、进度跟踪与风险管控；
5. 审核外包人员提交的数据模型设计文档、程序代码，确保符合数据治理规范与监管合规要求；
6. 负责监管报送作业的日常运维监控，包括跑批调度、异常告警处理、性能调优及灾备演练
7. 快速响应并解决因基础设施变更（如数据库升级、操作系统补丁、网络策略调整、加密设备更新、监管检核工具迭代等）引发的报送中断或数据异常问题。

Job Requirements:
Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、统计学、金融工程或相关专业；
2. 熟悉保险行业（尤其是寿险/健康险）的业务及监管报送体系，了解 EAST、保单登记等主流监管框架；
3. 具备3年以上数据治理、数据仓库或监管报送相关工作经验，有寿险公司或大型金融机构背景者优先；
4. 至少主导或深度参与过2个以上大型数据仓库、大数据平台或数据治理项目，具备端到端交付能力；
5. 拥有跨部门协作及多团队协同的项目管理经验，能有效推动复杂监管任务落地。

Skill:
1. 精通 Oracle、SQL Server、MySQL 等主流关系型数据库，具备扎实的 SQL 编写与性能调优能力，有海量数据处理或大数据平台（如 Hive、Spark）优化经验者优先；
2. 熟练使用至少一种主流 ETL 工具（如 Informatica、DataStage、Kettle 或自研调度平台）；
3. 熟悉 Linux 操作系统，能熟练编写 Shell/Python 脚本支持自动化运维；
4. 精通数据建模方法论（如范式建模、维度建模），熟练使用 PowerDesigner、ERwin 或同类建模工具；
5. 掌握元数据管理、数据血缘、数据质量监控等数据治理核心能力；
6. 具备报表或监管报告开发经验，熟悉常用 BI 或报告工具（如 FineReport、Tableau、Power BI 等）。

Other:
1. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及一定的技术领导力；
2. 抗压能力强，能在高强度监管合规环境下独立分析、定位并解决复杂问题；
3. 对监管政策变化敏感，具备持续学习与快速响应能力。
