The Position

院外新业极团队，深度洞悉市场和政策环境，依托多渠道生态伙伴，在院外针对不同生命周期产品在可及、可支付、患者全程服务方面进行全面升级，同时加强院内外联动，创造全渠道全链条价值，驱动业务增长。

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

领域业务策略制定

• 基于院外市场和政策洞察，结合具体的业务需求、所负责治疗领域的特点，与生态伙伴建立更广、更深和更强策略，并针对性洞察机会，促进业务转化

（协同）大客户管理

• 定期、高效拜访重点省级大客户，定期进行客户业务回顾，根据区域客户管理特性，协调内外部资源，促进新业极各领域业务策略在省级的执行和业务产出

业务共识与迭代

• 在所负责领域，形成关键目标和达成不断共识，并结合客户需求，迭代升级

策略性项目规划

• 结合长期规划、业务策略和目标，针对性设计符合区域市场的创新项目，最大化支持新业极业务的发展；
• 项目有效设计和执行，通过项目合作过程中的业务分析，及时发现成功经验/障碍因素，迭代项目策略，最大化投入产出比，推动业务持续向前发展

总部和区域的深度共建

• 洞察大客户需求和业务机会，充分赋能区域，并形成总部和区域各团队的深度合作，推动策略规划到行动落地，并及时迭代优化

内外部资源融动

• 在所负责的领域，寻求跨部门和内外部合作伙伴协作，最大化的资源整合，确保院外新业极工作顺利开展，对患者、DTP、医院的价值转化，并不断形成影响

• 本科及以上

• 较强的业务数据敏感度和学习能力
• 优秀的团队合作精神
• 出色的沟通、计划、组织和问题解决能力
• 有医药行业市场推广、准入、商务管理等相关岗位工作经验优先
