ノボノルディスクは、1923年創立のデンマークに本社を置く世界有数のヘルスケア企業です。私たちのパーパスは、変革を推進し、糖尿病および肥満症、希少血液疾患、希少内分泌疾患などのその他の深刻な慢性疾患を克服することです。 今回のポジションはマーケティング企画部に所属し、全国のKOL、各ビジネスユニット、メディカルアフェアーズ、MR等多くのステークホルダーとの関わりを通じNovo Nordisk Japanの製品価値最大化のために貢献するポジションです。ぜひ応募ください！ 部署について こちらのポジションはBusiness Intelligence & Customer Excellence Department（BICE部）に配属され、マーケティング企画部ダイレクターの直属となります。 BICE部マーケティング企画部では、糖尿病領域を中心にNovo Nordisk Japanの製品価値最大化のため、スピーカーとなるKOLの発掘・育成から、イベント企画およびオペレーションを手掛けています。 業務内容 Marketing Communications Liaisonとして、主にKOLマネジメントと、GLP-1、インスリン、（肥満症領域）のスピーカー育成、また社内外の顧客マネジメントを通して、Novo Nordisk Japanの製品価値最大化を図っていただきます。 具体的には KOLマネジメント：既存KOLとの良好な関係を築くための定期的な訪問とイベント等の企画提案。予期せぬ事象が起こった際にはリスクを最小限にすることを考え、素早く焦らず行動して解決を図る。糖尿病・肥満症ビジネス ユニット (GLP-1、インスリン、肥満症治療薬等)、や、開発本部(メディカルアフェアーズチーム等)と協力して、次世代のKOL候補に面会しNNPL製剤に対する理解を得る。 KOL育成：現本社スピーカーの更なる育成のため、定期的に製品戦略・戦術の理解をさせる。今後、本社スピーカーになり得る可能性のあるスピーカー候補者に、製品戦略及び戦術に関するディスカッションを行い、理解を得たスピーカー候補者にパイロット講演会企画や本社通常講演会企画等の機会を提案する 社内外のステークホルダーマネジメント：メディカルアフェアーズや研修部の各部署が持つ優先順位および戦略的目標を理解し、優柔性を発揮し、各関連部門に対してコマーシャルからのインプットを提供。また、糖尿病、肥満症事業本部との連携、またリベルサスにおいてはMSD株式会社との整合性を確実にする その他：糖尿病、肥満症事業本部（MKTメンバーや営業現場のAMやBD等）と密に連携をとりながら業務を遂行 求める人物像 大卒以上 10年以上のKOLマネジメント経験（製薬企業MRとして基幹病院担当経験等含む）もしくは3年以上のプロダクトマネジャーとしてのKOLマネジメント経験 宿泊を伴う出張が可能な方 糖尿病、循環器、腎臓などの疾患領域に携わった経験尚可 ネイティブレベルの日本語力 ノボノルディスクで働くこと ノボノルディスクはライフサイエンスを扱う企業であり、人々の健康・生命こそが私たちの存在理由です。私たちは、あらゆる形や姿、浮き沈み、機会や課題など、生命にインスパイアされています。画期的な科学研究の基礎となる生命の構成要素から、仕事で最高のパフォーマンスを発揮するためのモチベーションや活力となる豊かな私生活まで、ノボ ノルディスクの社員にとって生命とは様々なものを意味します。その中でノボノルディスクの社員が目指す存在意義は、人々が慢性疾患とは無縁の生活を送れるようにするために不可欠な企業になることです。 応募方法
