求人内容 半導体生産システムの開発・統合プロジェクトおよび運用保守業務 1) 国内・海外半導体生産工場に存在する生産システムの統合化を推進する 2) 生産システムのシステム企画、設計、開発、導入、展開を行う 3) 生産システムの運用、保守を行う ※就業場所の変更の範囲、従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。 弊社の半導体工場における生産システムは、過去の個社統合の経緯があり、各工場独自で管理・効率化を進めてきた。現在、これを一元管理し、システムの共通化・最適化を進めている。今後は類似する生産システムの統合を加速して行く計画であり、社内SE人財の確保が必要である。さらにシステムの運用継続性も考え内製化を指向しており即戦力となる人材を求めている。弊社半導体工場は、日本国内だけでなく、海外にも存在し、グローバルに活躍できる。 資格 1. SE、システム開発経験 5年以上 2. 社内ユーザ、社外ベンダとのコミュニケーションスキル 3. システム開発プロジェクト参加経験 4. 日本語、英語どちらもビジネスレベル 1. プログラム開発経験（Java, VB.NET, Python, HTML, Java Script, C#, PHP, Perl） 2. サーバ、ミドルウェア、データベースに関する知識・スキル 3. 生産システム保守運用経験 4. 半導体製造プロセスの知識
