職務目的（Job Purpose） L＆D Business Partnerは、ビジネス部門、個人の目標達成を促進するためのパフォーマンスのギャップ分析、学習ニーズの診断、適切な能力開発ソリューションの特定およびその設計、促進において、ビジネスリーダーと協力して、人材育成をする。 組織のパフォーマンスを最大化させるために、計画的な変革を通じて組織開発をする。 Global L&Dと連携しながら、グローバルプログラムの日本への導入をリードする。 職責（Job Responsibilities） ビジネスリーダー（Stakeholders）とパートナーシップを築きながら、ニーズ分析、特定された学習ニーズに対してのプログラムをデザイン、教材を開発をし、学習目標が達成するようなファシリテーションを行う。 組織が抱えている問題を総合的にとらえ、人と人の関係性や相互性が根本原因と特定された場合、組織の健全性、効率性、効果性、合理性が改善される組織開発を提案し、ビジネスリーダーとともに問題解決を図る。 会社における変革プログラムの実施に必要なL&Dサポートを提供する。 すべてのトレーニングセッションのロジスティクスを主導・管理し、トレーニングが実施できる環境を整える。 ゴールに照らし合わせて、プログラムの効果を測定評価し、改善のための提案を行う。 L&Dに関する効果測定レポートおよびプロポーザルを作成し、ゴール、解決策、予算、品質、リソース、課題や制限事項やそれらに伴う影響をまとめる。 コースの内容やプログラムの提供方法を継続的に改善するため、既存の研修資料の更新を提案・調整する。 L&Dのベストプラクティス、トレンド、最新スキルをリサーチした上で、対面セッション、Webinar、eラーニングのプログラムを開発・実施し、ビジネスに付加価値をつける。 コーポレート・コミュニケーションと協力し、効果的でインパクトのあるコミュニケーション戦略をプランし、社員に学習プログラムが周知され、理解され、十分に活用されるようにする。 必要に応じて外部ベンダーを発掘し、交渉や契約を主導する。 変化への対応、ポジティブな職場環境のサポートなど、人や組織に関するビジネスでの様々な問題についてのアドバイスやコーチングを相談者に対して行う。 L&D Business Partnerのロールモデルとなり、同僚の能力開発を支援する。 主要な関係先（Key Relationships）： 内部関係先 (AIG組織内) AIG Japan 各社の各部門 AIG Global Learning & Development
