Job Description 職務内容 製品のローンチを含むPH領域ポートフォリオ製品の価値の最大化 PH専門施設（CoE施設）を中心とした地域のPH診療中核施設内の重要顧客（Decision Maker, Key Influencer）を理解するとともに、エンゲージメントを最大化する KOL/AOL に対するEngagement planの策定・実行 質の高い講演会の企画・立案・実行 市場環境、医療情勢の変化を踏まえ、定量的・定性的な分析を基に、地域においてPH専門施設（CoE施設）を中心とした地域のPH診療中核施設が持つ影響力、機会・課題を特定し、短期的、中長期的なエリア戦略を策定し、営業部門のMR・DMとのコラボレーションを最大化しながら戦略を実行する。 PH領域の疾患や製品に精通し、当社製品の適正使用のための情報提供を行うことで、Patient Centricな行動を体現する。 常に最新の知識習得に自ら努め、それらを整理し、顧客ニーズにあった情報提供を行い、適正使用を推進する。 安全性情報の収集・報告を徹底し、副作用マネジメントのための適正な活動を行う マーケティング部門、メディカルアフェアーズ部門などの複数部門のメンバーと密な連携を行 PH領域に関わる者として、高い倫理観を持ち、コンプライアンスを遵守した活動を行う 必要とする資質 ステークホルダー/顧客とのインタラクティブなコミュニケーション能力 高い科学的知識に裏づけされた科学論文読解スキル チーム内外でアクションを実行できる協調性、責任感 効果的な問題解決スキル、創造的な思考スキル アサインされた職務の管理スキル（堅実性、適時性等） 高い倫理観 必須とする経験 PH領域経験者 PH専門施設（CoE施設）の担当経験があることが望ましい 医学論文を読解し、その内容を基にステークホルダーとディスカッションした経験者 自ら課題探求していくために学習を続ける意志 常に新しいことを吸収する能力 英語：英語論文の読解が出来、内容を理解出来る Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent
